TWO former Isik College students are expected to be charged with a number of traffic offences after they did burnouts at the school.
It is alleged that two vehicles driven by the pair entered the school in Chapel Road, Keysborough, about 1.30pm last Monday.
When asked to leave, one driver did a burnout as he exited the car park. The second driver was warned to leave slowly, but instead accelerated, doing a 40-metre burnout.
He hit a fence, slid across the road and veered away from another fence behind which students were having their lunch break.
Deputy principal Mehmet Koca said staff and students were "shocked". "It was the first day of school and we've never had something like this happen before, it wasn't nice.
"It was lucky no student was injured."
The two 18 year olds, one of Dandenong and one of Mulgrave, are expected to be charged on summons with traffic offences.
